Dedicating just 3 days a week to this program, you will target the specific muscles that support the VMO Muscle, and most importantly you will be strengthening the VMO muscle itself.
What is the VMO muscle you ask? Vastus Medialis Oblique (VMO) is one of four quadriceps muscles. Your VMO sits medially or on the inside of your thigh.
Its primary function is to extend and protect the knee.
Making it VITAL to anyone jumping, running, putting pressure on them in any way, or who already has knee pain.
